2. Fees and Payments

Our fees are set forth in the engagement letter provided prior to service commencement. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be detailed therein. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.

3. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. In the event you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund as follows:

• Full Refund: If you cancel our services within 7 days of signing the engagement letter and before significant legal work has been performed, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel after the 7-day period or after substantial work has begun, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of unperformed services, calculated at our standard hourly rates.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for services fully rendered or in cases where cancellation is due to material breach by you or if legal procedures have already been finalized.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and returned via the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and documentation provided by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
